The philosophy behind this work:
The Aligned Partnership Model is informed by anti-colonial and regenerative approaches to business, partnership, and community. Traditional business models often prioritize extraction, hierarchy, and speed leaving little room for integrity, care, or the complexity of human collaboration. These patterns can quietly shape partnerships in ways that lead to misalignment, burnout, and breakdown over time.
This work offers an alternative model to “business as usual.” It’s an invitation and practice that centers clarity, mutual responsibility, and shared power while recognizing that partnerships, like businesses, are living relationships that require communication, care, and ongoing attention. Together, this framework allows you to build a business within an aligned living practice.
The investment:
The total investment for Aligned Partnership Facilitation is $1,800. A deposit of $450 reserves your spot and allows me to thoughtfully review your partnership and needs. If we determine that this work is not the right fit, or your application is not accepted, your deposit will be fully refunded. If we move forward together, your deposit will be applied toward the total investment, and the remaining balance will be due prior to your first session. Payment plans are available upon request. Once your application or deposit is received, you’ll be contacted within 2–3 business days to confirm fit, align on timing, and schedule your sessions.
From there, you’ll receive a short intake and any preparation needed to begin our work together.
