Social entrepreneur and regenerative business strategist
Hi, I’m Lauren — a neurodivergent entrepreneur, educator, and regenerative business strategist based in Joshua Tree, California. I help founders and their teams build sustainable, profitable businesses without burnout, using an integrative approach that blends strategic systems with values-led decision making.
Over the last 15 years, I’ve founded and ethically transitioned four award-winning, values-driven businesses focused on economic equity, disability justice, and collective care. My work has been featured in Forbes, the Denver Business Journal, and other outlets for rethinking business as a usual, opting for sustainability, equity, and meaningful impact over extraction and competition.
With a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology and extensive study in human behavior analysis, I bring a deep understanding of how people learn, lead, and build. My work bridges structured strategy with inclusive frameworks that support founders in building businesses aligned with how they actually think, work, and live.
I believe businesses can (and should) be profitable and ethical. That it’s possible to build something sustainable without sacrificing your well-being, integrity, or time. And that with the right systems in place, your business can support your life, the communities you serve, and your bank account.
My clients leave with clear financial systems, aligned pricing, and a business model that supports consistent profit, long-term sustainability, and meaningful impact.
If you’re ready to build a business that reflects your values, supports your well-being, and generates sustainable profit, you’re in the right place and I’d be honored to work with you.
When I’m not consulting, writing, teaching, or immersed in my doctoral studies, you’ll find me reading for book club, van-lifing, surfing, or hanging with my dog.
